  • Greet and welcome guests courteously upon arrival.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls and address queries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Ensure a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Provide information about local attractions and services.

Requisito

  • Job Title: Front Desk Officer
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree in relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience in customer service or administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of Customer Relationship Management, and valid driving license.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greet visitors, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may require flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, professional appearance, attentive, and organized.
