- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Promote products and services while maintaining a positive company image.
- Collect customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
- Assist customers, resolve inquiries, maintain service quality and foster positive relationships.
Requisito
- Job Title: Service Ambassador
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service and relationship management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
