Position: Japanese Process Specialist (CSR)

Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City 

Salary:  Php 65,000 - Php 70,000

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Work Set-up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Filipino with JLPT N1, N2, or N3 Passer or Level (No JLPT Certificate Required)
  • Open to Bachelor's graduates and undergraduates, vocational and higschool graduates
  • With 1 year or above work experience in Customer Service
  • With good communication skills, specifically Japanese and English.
  • Amenable to work onsite in BGC Taguig.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule (BPO Set-up)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for providing customer support via emails and calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools
  • Perform other related task needed
