We are currently looking for a customer service representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
Job Requirements
- College graduate (with or without experience)
- 2nd year college (72 units) + 6 months of work experience
- SHS Graduate with 1 year BPO experience
Responsibilities
They must also have excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently. Additionally, strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships.
