- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts, providing support and guidance on products and services.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and empathetically, offering solutions where possible.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to aid in continuous improvement.
Qualification
- High School Graduate with at least 2 yrs BPO experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
- Willing to work on nightshift schedule
