Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.

The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

We are a collective group of food brands and concepts such as Chika-an sa Cebu, Big Mao Foodlab, Brique, Creative Cuisine Catering Services, Big Daddy, Da In Korean Restaurant, Parola Seaview Restaurant, Sutukil by the Bay, Kubu Restaurant, Loca Kitchen + Cafe, Kaffee Alde and ETTAS.

Position: HR Specialist - Compensation and Benefits

 

Job Summary:

The HR Specialist for Compensation and Benefits is responsible for managing and analyzing employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. This role serves as the main point of contact for matters related to salary movements, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance, while supporting broader HR functions such as employee records management and timekeeping.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and analyze compensation structures and benefit plans to ensure alignment with company standards and market competitiveness.
  • Prepare and issue movement letters including salary adjustments, transfers, and promotions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related inputs, including timekeeping data.
  • Maintain compliance with government-mandated benefits and statutory reports (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to DOLE labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and salary movements.
  • Maintain and update employee records in coordination with HRIS or manual databases.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements related to payroll and benefits.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely implementation of HR policies and compensation changes.
  • Assist in the continuous review and improvement of compensation and benefits procedures.

Requisito

Qualifications:

·       Graduate of BS Psychology, BS Human Resource Development Management, or any Commerce-related course.

·       At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits.

·       Strong understanding of statutory benefits and government reportorial requirements.

·       Knowledgeable in DOLE labor laws and other regulatory standards.

·       Proficient in timekeeping processes and salary movement documentation.

·       Experience in using HRIS is an advantage.

·       Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.

·       Strong reasoning skills and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

·       Must have a positive work attitude, be results-driven, and able to work with a sense of urgency.

·       Willing to be assigned at Mabolo, Cebu City.
