Who are we looking for:
As a Category Assistant, you are expected to create and maintain planograms that optimize product placement and enhance the customer shopping experience. Ensures that the space in the store rack is well utilized.
Work with Category Managers updating Planograms during the Category Review process.
Partner with the Category Designers to develop the category merchandise plan and execute that plan across all main and alternate versions of planograms
Maintain the integrity of the planogrammed merchandise categories assigned by making appropriate changes, when necessary, based on additions and deletions of products according to merchandising standards
Create and print planogram files based on customer and sales requests
Create shelf tags files in planogram sequence for the Customer Service Department.
Perform analysis using In-house Category System
Analyze competitors’ product display techniques and department layouts to benchmark best practices and bring new innovative display concepts and ideas to our company.
What does it take to be part of the team?
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or in a related field.
At least 6 months of working experience in category management is preferred.
Intermediate knowledge in MS Applications and Autocad.
Good Communication Skills, Time Management Skills, and Analytical Skills
Strategic, adaptable and Detail-oriented
Team player.
Observes professionalism.
