Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and market share targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in leisure, corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), and group segments.
Maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Negotiate contracts and special rates for groups, events, and long-term stays.
Coordinate with the Reservations and Front Office teams to optimize room sales and manage yield.
2. Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote the resort’s rooms, F&B outlets, and special packages.
Manage social media presence and online reputation (TripAdvisor, Google, OTA reviews).
Collaborate with creative agencies or in-house designers for promotional materials, ads, and content creation.
Monitor and report on marketing ROI and campaign performance.
3. Branding & Public Relations
Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all marketing platforms.
Organize and represent the resort in travel fairs, local events, and exhibitions.
Build partnerships with local tourism boards, influencers, and media for brand exposure.
Manage press releases and coordinate media visits.
4. Revenue Management & Reporting
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies.
Work with the General Manager on forecasting and revenue optimization.
Prepare monthly sales reports, budgets, and marketing performance analyses.
Recommend promotional offers, packages, and seasonal discounts based on demand trends.
5. Team & Collaboration
Supervise and guide marketing assistants or coordinators (if applicable).
Collaborate closely with Front Office, F&B, and Events teams to ensure consistent guest messaging and promotional alignment.
Train staff on upselling and guest engagement techniques.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort sales & marketing (preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry).
Strong knowledge of hospitality sales channels (OTA, GDS, corporate, and travel trade).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
