Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related course
• Experience in billing and collection or accounting
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude and good manners

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare billing reports and aging of receivables
• Record and reconcile batch and retail collections in the system
• Prepare monthly reports (projections, offset summaries, grading, and recovery)
• Monitor payments of batch, retail, and resigned borrowers
• Coordinate with clients to resolve billing concerns and overdue accounts
• Respond to inquiries from clients and borrowers
• Discuss payment arrangements with resigned borrowers
• Reconcile Loans Receivable (Subsidiary Ledger vs. General Ledger) and prepare adjustments
• Prepare collection adjustments and reconcile Official Receipts
• Prepare PEZA and Percentage Tax reports
• Compute borrower balances (terminal balance, offset, restructuring, pre-termination, etc.)
• Prepare Statements of Account (SOA) and send notices to resigned and defaulting borrowers
• Follow up borrowers with overdue accounts
• Review and validate borrower application forms
• Conduct salary loan orientations for employees
