Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Alpha One systems

• Require data entry level proficiency in QuickBooks for maintaining financial records

• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and bank reconciliations

• Prepare and file BIR tax returns (VAT, income tax, withholding tax) via eFPS

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

• Support internal and external audits by organizing required documentation

• Monitor and update inventory and asset records

• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments

• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards

• Generate financial reports and summaries for management review

• Perform general administrative tasks related to accounting and finance

• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience required

• Any related bachelor's degree required for this position
