Join our dynamic Finance Team at Landers! We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist who’s passionate about accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day general accounting operations including bank reconciliations, BIR compliance, and inventory monitoring
• Prepare and file accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR reports (e.g., VAT, EWT, Compensation)
• Monitor compliance with local and POS permits
• Maintain accurate fixed asset records in SAP, including depreciation, acquisitions, and disposals
• Process journal entries, prepayments, and inventory reconciliations
• Conduct surprise store audits and support various tasks assigned by the Accounting/Treasury Head

? Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general or financial accounting preferred
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
