Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
Manage end-to-end accounting of franchised stores (Royalties, franchise fees, and marketing fund contributions)
Issue monthly franchisee financial statements and prepare settlement reports.
Ensure timely financial reporting, in accordance with the accounting standards.
Record inventory adjustments and losses, analyze stock variances, and strengthen internal controls to minimize financial risks.
Monitor franchise financial performance (profitability, cost monitoring, compliance).
Reconciliation of Royalties.
Coordinate with franchisees on financial matters and queries.
Ensure proper treatment of financial entries
Maintain accurate franchise account balances (advances, deductions, and reimbursements)
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policy, tax regulations, and franchise financial terms
Oversee tax-related matters affecting franchise operations, including VAT, withholding taxes, and BIR reporting support
Supervise and train accounting assistants in handling franchise accounting transactions and franchise specific processes and reporting standards.
