Descrição:

Lead and manage account teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and implement effective marketing solutions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer service roles.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent people skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, resolve client issues, and ensure overall account success.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional client meetings; must handle multiple tasks effectively.
