Job Responsibilities:

1. GTM Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new product launches.
Gain deep insights into product objectives, target audience characteristics, and unique selling propositions to shape marketing strategies.
- Create GTM proposals aligned with launch goals and designed to drive market penetration.
- Identify and leverage appropriate marketing channels—including social media, PR, influencer partnerships, and events—to boost product visibility.
2. Integrated Campaign Management:
Design, oversee, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive engagement with new products.
Manage asset creation, content distribution, and community interaction across multiple platforms.
- Use data analytics to track campaign performance and refine strategies for optimal results.
3. Brand Consistency and Storytelling:
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and initiatives.
Develop compelling content strategies that highlight product narratives and value propositions.
4. Coordinate Data Collection and Performance Analysis:
Organize and oversee data collection processes to ensure accurate and relevant insights.
- Deliver regular reports with data-driven insights to optimize future product launches.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years in product marketing focused on new product launches; experience at creative agencies preferred.
Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese.
Skills: Strong multitasking ability, excellent cross-regional teamwork and communication skills, and proven stakeholder management capabilities.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the crypto or fintech industry is a plus.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive strategic thinker capable of executing tactical tasks to drive market success.
