The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's social media strategy across all major platforms. This role will involve creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing data to track performance. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for producing and hosting live streams to engage with the audience in real-time.

The key responsibilities will be :

Social Media:

1.      Develop and implement the company's social media strategy.

2.      Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.

3.      Manage social media campaigns, including advertising and promotions.

4.      Monitor and analyze social media data to track performance and identify trends.

5.      Engage with followers and respond to comments and questions.

6.      Build relationships with influencers and other industry leaders.

7.      Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Live Streaming:

1.      Plan and produce high-quality live streams.

2.      Engage with the audience during live streams through chat and comments.

3.      Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during live streams.

4.      Edit and post recorded live streams to social media platforms.

5.      Collaborate with other team members to develop creative and engaging live stream content.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them to achieve business goals.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with live streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube Live, Facebook Live)
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of streaming software and hardware.
