Responsible for the entire execution of Project Implementation after being awarded by the business Partners Relations Department. Th whole process is to be carried out with principles and ideals connected to Mission- Vision of CT-Bond Decorative Materials Trading.
Be overall driver of the Engineering Department to serve as mentor of the whole organization.
Responsible for the developmental aspect of the staff and provision of technical and behavioral training plan.
Maintain a culture of handling customer satisfaction requirement and ensure that all CT_Bond's projects meet client expectations for a timely and quality implementation.
Open for innovation and self-improvement, searching for methods/techniques for enhancement of the current system to lead the team to such training programs that will help achieve continuous learning and improvement of the organization.
Facilitator of technical Improvements
Knowledgeable of Architectural and Structural Drawings, Quantity Surveying techniques, Engineering, English proficiency and Facade Techniques and Implementations.
Any task that may assigned from time to time.

Graduate of any Engineering/ Architecture Course. Licensed is an advantage.
With at least 5 years' experience in the Construction Industry.
With at least 5 years' Project Management experience.
Knowledgeable in Planning and Overseeing Project Construction from conceptualization to completion.
