Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Iloilo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Address employee concerns and mediate workplace disputes to foster a positive work environment.
Monitor and manage attendance, timekeeping, and payroll processes.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with company goals.
Conduct training sessions, performance evaluations, and career development programs.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, including DOLE requirements, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management.
Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.

Syarat-syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar role.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
