- Handle full BIR compliance including filing of tax returns (VAT, EWT, ITR, etc.)

- Maintain columnar books, journals, ledgers, and other accounting records

- Process and renew business permits, SEC/DTI, and LGU requirements

- Manage sales invoicing and monitor cash flow

- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports and year-end statements

- Handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, maternity benefit claims, and other employee government contributions

- Maintain and organize all supporting documents for audits and inspections

- Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when necessary

- Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes and systems

- Work with other departments/teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information

- Assist in developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and tracking expenditures

- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management

- Must be a Registered Accountant (CPA) or experienced Bookkeeper

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field

- At least 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting

- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and government reporting

- Understanding of employee benefits administration

- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
