Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce platforms, including product listings and catalogs.
• Coordinate with teams for inventory accuracy and timely order delivery.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics for trends and opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns or promotions.
• Address issues related to seller compliance, packaging, inventory, and
• operations.
• Assist with online marketing, including social media presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• at least 1 year of proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok Shop
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is a plus.
