About the Role:The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles international voice interactions, resolves customer concerns, and delivers quality service in accordance with account standards and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle international voice customer interactions
• Resolve customer concerns using analytical problem-solving
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)Educational Background

• High School / Senior High School graduate with at least 1 year of BPO international voice experience
• OR
• Completed at least 2 years in college with at least 6 months of BPO international voice experience
• Fresh graduates or candidates without BPO experience may be considered with strong communication skills
