Penerangan

  • Operate the PABX.
  • Answer all incoming calls in a courteous voice and manner to make the caller feel welcome and get a good impression of the organization.
  • Patch transfers the in coming calls to correct parties.
  • Take charge of placing long distance call according to approved slips.
  • Record, keep track and reconcile said calls with the billing statements.
  • Collect personal long distance call.
  • Coordinate with the communication providers to ensure immediate action of the problem arise.
  • Receive all incoming mails matter deliveries, documents, summons, pouches and the like.
  • Record all received deliveries in a logbook for reference.
  • Segregate all received deliveries and initiate distribution to proper recipients.
  • Inform addresses immediately when received material are urgent in nature.
  • Screen and assists walk-in visitors.
  • Register visitor's name and the name of the person they wish to see or talk to.
  • Confirm visit with the person concerned.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.


Syarat-syarat

  • With at least Associate, Diploma, Bachelor's, or related degree.
  • With good communication skills and basic telephone etiquette.
  • Preferably knows how to operate PABX
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
