Proven track record of success in a collections or customer service role, preferably within the call centre or financial services industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer inquiries and maintain a positive customer experience

Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Commitment to upholding ethical standards and adhering to relevant laws and regulations

Proficiency in English and the local language(s) spoken in the region
