Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct business requirements analysis to identify customer needs and define the future state and/or business solution. - Assess the current state of the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Research, gather and synthesize information to identify customer requirements and define the future state and/or business solution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the business solution meets customer needs and is integrated with technology. - Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity.
