Description

  • Manage and oversee online logistics operations for the U.S. and Canada, including handling Switched Bills services.
  • Communicate effectively with American clients and partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spoken English: Clear and professional communication with American clients is essential.
  • Relevant Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with international logistics processes. Experience with digital tools or platforms used for logistics coordination. Prior experience in logistics or handling Switched Bills is a strong advantage.
  • Responsibility and Compliance: A reliable, detail-oriented individual who strictly follows operational protocols.
