Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirement
- Job Title: Receptionist
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk support, MS Office, scheduling, time management, data entry, written communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Must exhibit discretion.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Answering calls, managing schedules, assisting clients, and maintaining records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, typical 9-5 hours, may require occasional extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
