Awesome CX by Transcom is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Designer to join our creative team. A keen eye for packaging design, creative strategy, and branding is also crucial for this role.

• Explore your creativity by designing for all needs at the brand; with a focus on new collection product launch emails, social media posts, and paid ads.
• Bring our brand to life by working directly with the Senior Designer and Art Director on projects small and large.
• Obsess over the details by creating compelling performance driven emails, social media posts, and print media designs.
• Create design magic by working from our design systems to ensure brand-wide visual consistency
• Get to know our customers (but actually) to make sure that we are always designing with our audience in mind
• Stay Up-to-Date with Design Trends by continuously researching and exploring design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team's work.
• Organize and manage a digital library of design assets, ensuring easy accessibility for the marketing team.
• Deliver consistent work while managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality designs within established timelines.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• You have at least 2+ years of relevant experience in-house at early stage startups or at an agency.
• Have a killer portfolio showcasing excellent motion design samples, digital design craft, stylistic breadth, attention to detail and experience across a wide range of platforms.
• Understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• You love working with a team, welcome feedback and gain energy working in an open and communicative atmosphere.
• You are proficient at Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other design related tools.
• Preferably candidates from Davao Region or if from outside Davao, he/she must be willing to relocate if selected for the position.
