Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, coffee knowledge, latte art, upselling skills, strong communication, and customer service abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, flexibility in shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, passionate about coffee, team player, and adaptable.
