·        Prepare cost estimates for spec-in, for client budgetary prce, and for bid requirements

·        Coordinate with Daikin Singapore for commercial and technical concerns

·        Attend to client clarification meeting, technical bid inspection and coordination

·        Analyze engineering drawings, system architectures, specifications, and requirements for CPMS/BMS

·        Perform configuration and programming necessary of Clant Manager controller

·        Attend commissioning of company-supplied iPlant Manager controllers

·        Perform Energy audit and consolidate reports for customer's reference

·        Monitor project installation progress for Chiller Plant Management System.

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree in ECE/ IT

• Knowledge of programming and certifications in Tridium/Niagara 4

• With previous experience in handling data center projects

• Good communications skills and relevant Project management background
