职位描述

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports to assist in budget planning and forecasting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance financial processes and systems.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial management, billing, statement of cash flows, accounts payable/receivable, and bookkeeping. Familiarity with various accounting systems.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage accounts, ensure accurate reporting, and oversee billing processes.
  • Working Conditions: Standard office environment, may require extended hours during month-end closings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong organizational skills, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
