- Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various IT positions within an organization
- With a deep understanding of technology, the ability to assess candidates’ technical skills, and the capability to communicate effectively with both hiring managers and potential candidates.
- Acts as a bridge between the company and the talent pool, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right people to meet its technological needs.
- Bachelors Degree Holder of and business or IT course
- With at least 2 years solid experience in IT Recruitment
- Handled and processed NICHE IT roles like Fullstack developer, Java Developer, Software Engr. Business Mgr, Service Delivery mgr etc. with the following skills: java, c#, mongo db, react js and the like.
- With experience working in vendor recruiment agencies like Collabera, Yondu, or IT recruitment - IBM, Accenture etc.
- NO TO JOB HOPPER (with less than 1 year of employment)
- Willing to work 4 days onsite and 1 day wfh from 8:30 6:00pm
