  • Primarily responsible for the execution of delivering excellent Hospitality to all guests, patrons, and customers.
  • Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating employees. 
  • Performance Management: Motivating staff to achieve sales goals, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues. 
  • Team Building: Creating a positive and supportive work environment. 
  • Communication: Clearly communicating expectations, policies, and procedures to the team. 

Persyaratan

  • 25 to 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess any Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • With good communication and strong customer service skills.
  • Willing to work on extended hours and/or shifting assignments.
  • Willing to be assign at AYALA CENTER CEBU, AYALA CENTRAL BLOC. IT PARK, and SM SEASIDE!!
