We are looking for a well-experienced Social Media Associate, preferably with portfolio (data and growth with accounts handled) and design skills.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Curation:
- Develop engaging creative content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Curate relevant content to share, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members like accounts, design, and content for the campaign creation
- Social Media Management:
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms.
- Campaign Coordination:
- Assist the Media Buyer in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Assist the Media Buyer in tracking and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align social media strategies with broader business goals.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements. and periodically connect with the clients for updates, reports, and presentations or as required by the PC, PM or AM.
- Use analytics tools to understand audience behavior and optimize strategies.
- Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with followers and influencers.
- Respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure the tone, style, and messaging are consistent across all social media platforms.
- Represent the company’s voice and values accurately and professionally.
- Trend Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement new tools, strategies, and tactics to grow the brand's social presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Excellent copywriting skills and knowledge in editing tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Must have experience in paid ads and media buying.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills and can work under tight deadlines
- Can work under minimal supervision and perform other tasks assigned by the management.
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
Salary: Php 25,000 NET
