• Perform engine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Handle customer service claims and ensure high satisfaction.
• Conduct failure analysis and propose improvements.
• Implement training plans and assist in customer visits.
• Manage generator set projects on-site.

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in engine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Proficiency in genset repair and diagnostics.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (up to 85%).
