Key Responsibilities:

• Assists in the IT audit annual planning, data collection and updating of necessary information / requirements. 
• Assists in the preparation / documentation of internal audit policies, processes, measures and standards, and ensures adherence thereto. 
• Participates in the project development to strengthen internal control and ascertain regulatory compliance and data processing standards (IT Audit - internal projects). 
• Performs IT Network and Infrastructure Audit and other audit engagement maybe assigned by the iTAG Head. 
• Assist / performs application review to ascertain security, compatibility and effectiveness to current operations/processing.
• Prepare audit reports (Initial list / final or consolidated lists and Detailed Report)
• Assist in the preparation of Executive Summary Reports and other audit reports. 
• Drafts qualification sheet/reports as part of the iTAG’s participation in Project Management/SDLC for the assigned IT/computerization projects across Asialink Group of Companies (AGC).
• Assist in the conduct comprehensive audits to identify vulnerabilities, gaps, and weaknesses in AGC IT security framework and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the evaluation of Asialink Group of Companies (AGC) IT compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure adherence and mitigate legal and regulatory risks. 
• Assist in helping the Organization to ensure that the information assets are adequately protected and practices are aligned with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. 
• Provide necessary assistance to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of an organization's information security measures. 
• Enjoins IT Audit Group’s efforts to help the Organizations to identify and address security gaps, maintain regulatory compliance, and safeguard against cyber threats, thereby promoting trust, confidence, and resilience in the digital landscape.
• Performs such other duties that may be assigned by the IT Audit Group Head.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in BSIT, BSCS, BSIM, or equivalent or BS in Accountancy 
• Knowledge / understanding in Network Infrastructure Security set-up / Application Systems Development and Controls
• Knowledge / understanding in different IT infrastructure set-up and various types of network security Tools/Equipment and Techniques 
• Understanding on application systems and monitoring tools 
• Motivates subordinates to develop and excel in their responsibilities 
• Supervises and delivers superior output
• Highly proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Always able to express his ideas clearly and concisely with ease and facility.
• Consistently performs tasks with very minimal supervision; does work independently without waiting for instructions.
• Exceptional ability to adapt to changes in work assignments.
• Proactive in approaching job responsibilities and ability to initiate change towards improvement.
