Keterangan

  • Handle end-to-end HR recruitment process and on boarding
  • Monitor compliance with occupational safety and health requirements
  • Organize company activities for employees
  • Coordinate meetings and calls
  • Manage phone lines of company, receive mail and deliveries, attend to visitors
  • Arrange transportation for meetings and project site trips
  • Source and canvass service providers and office suppliers as needed
  • Prepare transmittal's and dispatch documents/items for delivery
  • Do bank errands and manage petty cash fund for office expenses
  • Liaise with building administrator
  • Oversee maintenance of the office interiors and utilities
  • Monitor vehicle registration and maintenance schedule
  • Manage and maintain library resources

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor's degree in a related course such as Business, Human Resources, Office Administration, etc.
  • Competent in oral and written business communication
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful in sourcing applicants and canvassing suppliers
  • Organized and skilled at managing his/her time productively
