AI-Powered Full-Stack Developer Residency (Advanced Track)

This is a full-time, remote-only independent contractor role where you will be trained, coached, and pushed to operate at top 1% global engineering standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and maintain real-world full-stack applications
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) as part of daily work
• Collaborate with senior engineers and developers
• Receive continuous coaching, code reviews, and skill development
• Operate in a structured, fast-paced, remote-first environment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

You must have:

• 3–7 years professional experience as a software developer
• Strong knowledge in:
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Node.js
• React or equivalent frameworks
• Experience building production-grade applications
• Stable remote setup (internet + workstation)
• Strong English communication
• Full-time availability as a PH-based independent contractor
