Job Description:

• Update costs spent on on-going projects and monitor if expenses are within the allocated budget per project.
• Create a Bill of Quantity, Bill of Materials and produce DUPA.
• Forecast the  cost of materials, services and other resources needed in the project.
• Track changes in design, scope and other work to properly monitor variation orders.
• Evaluate billings, measure and work done on-site.
• Assist in preparation of financial data related to invoice payments, purchase orders and material deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects focused on cost control, quantity surveying, estimating and other relative expertise.
• Excellent communication skills.
