Responsible for the overall operational excellence of their assigned branch. This includes managing staff, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-functioning store environment. They also play a key role in implementing company policies and procedures, managing inventory, and contributing to the branch's profitability. 

• College level/graduate
• Proven experience in retail management, specifically in a leadership role like Branch Head or Assistant Store Supervisor
• Experience in the electronics or technology retail sector, especially with Apple products, is a significant advantage.
