As a Business Development Specilaist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by developing strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring product visibility and availability at the point of sale.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit retail shops and wholesalers on a regular basis, ensuring the execution of the territory plan.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, addressing key issues in order execution, delivery, and after-sales to ensure a closed-loop sales process.
- Plan and execute promotional activities within retail partners to increase brand awareness and product sales.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with retail partners and collect their feedback to optimize products and services.
- Conduct market research to understand local market trends and competitor dynamics, providing strategic recommendations to the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and respond promptly to the needs of retail partners to avoid overstock or out-of-stock.
- Regularly prepare sales reports and market analysis reports to report to the sales manager.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be based in Oklahoma.
- Highw。 school diploma and above.
- Experienced in B2B sales; exposure to the vape industry is highly preferred.
- Applicants must be able to work in the US legally.
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required for this role.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for better serving specific market segments and liaising with suppliers in China.
