Description

We are building a US-focused BDR team to run outbound sales development for a portfolio of innovative B2B technology clients. As a BDR, you will be the tip of the spear — generating qualified pipeline across 2–3 client accounts by combining high-volume phone outreach with hyper-personalized, insight-led prospecting. This is not a single-product SDR seat. This is a multi-client, agency-style role where every day is different.


What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting for 2–3 B2B SaaS/tech clients targeting US enterprise and mid-market buyers
  • Make 50–80 cold calls per day — the phone is your primary tool
  • Write personalized outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) for VP/C-level buyers
  • Book and qualify discovery meetings using SPICED/MEDDIC frameworks
  • Rapidly learn new product domains, ICPs, competitive landscapes for each client
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene — 100% activity logging, same day
  • Contribute to playbook development — share what works, refine messaging


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B SDR/BDR experience, with at least 1 year selling into the US market
  • A phone-first seller. You genuinely enjoy cold calling and see it as a competitive advantage.
  • An exceptional writer. Your emails don’t sound like templates.
  • Impeccable English — native-level spoken and written. No exceptions.
  • Structured and disciplined. Multi-client work demands organization.
  • Driven and hungry. You thrive on high activity and embrace rejection.
  • A fast learner who can articulate complex tech value to senior buyers within days.
  • Comfortable working remotely with high autonomy and accountability.
