We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales opportunities while contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients
• Develop and manage new customer accounts and projects
• Create competitive and compelling sales proposals and offers
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally
• Close and win sales accounts or projects
• Prepare sales plans, strategies, and forecasts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

Professional Experience Requirements:

• At least two (2) years of actual work experience in sales and marketing
• Must have a vast customer base
• Experience in developing and creating fresh accounts and projects
• Capable of creating sales plans and strategies
• With knowledge in finance and budgeting

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Confident in handling customer objections
• Resilient and able to work under pressure
• Honest, trustworthy, and goal-oriented
