Develop and maintain client relationships, identify new sales opportunities, lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage accounts effectively.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the real estate sector to drive sales for La Theoz Real Estate Solution Services Inc.
Understand client needs to offer tailored property management solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Requisito

Job Title: Sales Account Executive
Educational Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience Level: Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a related industry.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, adept in social media and multimedia platforms, robust sales and marketing knowledge, and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Working Conditions: The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, frequently meeting with clients, and occasionally traveling. Work hours may extend beyond the typical 9 to 5 during peak business periods or when closing critical sales.
