Job Responsibilities

Work with Reliability Planner for system time requirements and schedules to complete the electrical testing.
Perform machine setup, analyze, debugs, and solve test related problems during Reliability test.
Electrical testing of Reliability qualification and monitoring lot/s during pre-stress (time zero), after every read point, and completion of reliability stress test.
Submission of reliability qualification and monitor samples and accomplished log sheets to AMPI Reliability team.
Generation and submission of pre-stress (time zero) and post reliability stress electrical test data and drift report for approval.
Perform other product and machine sustaining tasks assigned by immediate superior.
Performs task in support to identified Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to meet departmental goals.
Engages in new trainings to enhance capability in and out of the job function, applies new learning to support the team.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of ECE/ EE/ CoE or Technology Course
1-2 years in same/ related position, with hands-on experience in operating automated test equipment
Strong technical ability in analog and digital circuit’s analysis
Proficiency in computer and office software
Familiar with statistical tools
