Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates with hiring managers to define staffing needs and prepares detailed job descriptions and manpower requisition forms.
Sources and attracts candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screens applications, conducts initial interviews, and shortlists qualified candidates with detailed assessments prior to endorsement.
Prepares job offer letters, probationary employment agreements, and other onboarding-related documents.
Ensures completion and accuracy of all pre-employment requirements, in alignment with the interdependent team and department workflows.
Maintains and updates the company’s masterlist to reflect new hires and employee separations.
Monitors and tracks employee evaluation schedules, including pre-regularization and annual performance evaluations.
Conducts onboarding sessions and orientations for new employees, either face-to-face or virtually.
Facilitates the introduction of new hires to the organization and endorses them to the Learning & Development Officer for training-related concerns.
Coordinates and schedules interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Provides regular recruitment status reports and insights to the HR Manager and VP of HR.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within the company’s Recruitment Dashboard.
Participates in employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities such as job fairs, networking events, and similar programs.
Interprets and analyzes HR and recruitment-related reports—such as, but not limited to, benchmarking data, approved vs. filled plantilla, retention and attrition trends—and provides data-driven insights and recommendations to improve hiring strategies and workforce planning.
Supports continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
Ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment standards during all phases of the hiring process.
Coordinates with other HR functions for the seamless transition of hires, employee movement, and contract renewals.
Assists in handling inquiries or concerns from candidates and new hires, ensuring a professional and responsive recruitment experience.
Key Competencies:
Willing to learn and explore his/her role
Less supervision
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
Proficiency in sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
