Job Title: Production Assistant Supervisor

Location: Silang, Cavite

Salary: ₱23,000 per month

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Days Off: 4 days off/ month

Responsibilities

1. Execute production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, setting priorities, and monitoring workflow.
2. Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to team members.
3. Schedule and prepare raw materials prior to production.
4. Inspect production output to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards.
5. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
6. Train and guide new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.
7. Supervise manufacturing and shipping activities to ensure adherence to company procedures.
8. Compile, organize, and analyze production performance records and reports.
9. Develop and revise systems and procedures to improve efficiency and control costs.
10. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
11. Serve as a communication bridge between management and employees to ensure policies are well understood.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (college level acceptable)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience in monitoring and reporting production metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong decision-making ability and results-driven mindset
• High moral and ethical standards
