Role Overview:

We’re seeking a sharp, hands-on Onboarding & Operations Specialist based in the Philippines to lead implementation and operational success for DizLog’s key accounts — typically multi-store, franchise, or enterprise clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers are set up efficiently, trained effectively, and supported consistently through their early lifecycle.

This role requires cross-functional coordination across Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a world-class onboarding experience and smooth operations post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities:? Onboarding & Implementation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts during onboarding.
  • Understand customer goals and business processes to configure DizLog (POS, accounting, inventory, payroll, etc.) accordingly.
  • Coordinate the setup of BIR compliance (POS and CAS), tax settings, and device integration (e.g., printers, cash drawers, weighing scales).
  • Support multi-location setup, import of SKUs, chart of accounts, and migration of historical data as needed.
  • Deliver live or virtual training sessions for cashiers, store managers, and head office users.
? Key Account Operations
  • Track and manage go-live timelines and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Proactively monitor client health post-onboarding and identify risks early.
  • Coordinate resolution of issues with Product, Support, and Engineering teams.
  • Establish internal SOPs for recurring client needs (e.g., menu updates, device replacements, VAT/BIR changes).
  • Provide quarterly account reviews and success reports for priority clients.
⚙️ Process & System Optimization
  • Maintain standardized onboarding workflows and documentation for high-touch clients.
  • Capture product feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve enterprise features.
  • Suggest improvements to tools and processes (e.g., CRM, onboarding automation, asset tracking).
Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine retail or F&B operations (multi-branch/franchise setups preferred).
  • Familiarity with POS, accounting systems, and BIR compliance requirements (POS & CAS).
  • Proven experience in managing high-value or multi-location accounts.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues and explain product features clearly.
  • Excellent communication in English and Filipino; comfortable presenting to client stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
  • Background in ERP, POS, Accounting or SaaS solutions for SMEs.
  • Previous work with mall chains, large retailers, or franchises.
