Descripción

Design and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for building projects.
Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct site inspections and assess project requirements and budgets.
Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
Prepare reports and documentation related to MEPF systems.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in MEPF engineering projects.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in process improvements, business planning, software testing, project management, operations management, wiring/plumbing engineering, structural design, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project design, ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct feasibility studies, and liaise with contractors.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may require flexible hours.
Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, and team player.
