  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in compensation analysis, payroll management, employee relations, social recruitment, performance management, HR business partnering, and financial literacy.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage compensation structures, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, handle employee inquiries, and support performance review processes.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; possibility of field work.
