We’re looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer who will take the lead in crafting visually engaging content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, a passion for illustrative design and typography, and a portfolio that showcases their ability to create impactful digital visuals. While the primary focus is social media, the role also includes supporting other digital and print design needs.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching and brand-consistent content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts for campaigns, promotions, and announcements
• Support digital and print design needs including ads, posters, and brand materials
• Stay up-to-date with social media design trends, platform best practices, and emerging tools
• Ensure all designs reflect our brand’s identity and tone

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social media content
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design and Canva skills are a plus
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Amenable to work in San Juan (on-site)
