We’re seeking a Mid-Level Paid Ads Specialist to take hands-on ownership of our advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads and secondary support for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.


This role is ideal for someone who has solid, real-world experience managing Google Ads end-to-end, can independently optimize campaigns, and understands how paid traffic connects to business outcomes. While Google Ads is the main focus, basic-to-intermediate Meta Ads experience is highly valued.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the setup, management, and ongoing optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube as applicable)
  • Optimize keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy, extensions, and budgets to improve ROI
  • Monitor and troubleshoot conversion tracking and campaign performance issues
  • Analyze performance data and proactively implement optimizations
  • Support Meta Ads campaigns (campaign setup, audience refinement, creative testing, and basic scaling)
  • Coordinate with internal teams on landing pages, messaging, and offers to improve conversion performance
  • Prepare concise performance reports and insights with actionable recommendations


Required Experience & Skills

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads account structure, bidding strategies, and Quality Score
  • Experience managing live budgets and performance targets
  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (not necessarily advanced, but practical)
  • Ability to interpret data and make independent optimization decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability for results


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple accounts or industries
  • Basic CRO or landing page optimization experience
  • Google Ads certification (or equivalent practical experience)


KPIs & Performance Metrics

  • Cost per lead / cost per conversion
  • Conversion volume and quality
  • CTR and Quality Score improvements
  • Budget efficiency and pacing accuracy
  • Incremental performance improvements over time

  • Proactive in identifying issues and optimization opportunities
  • Clear communicator who can explain performance in plain language
